What should I do to get these problems fixed?

P1700 is the upshift delay valve. It keeps your car in gear longer while it's warming up.
P1341 is the camshaft advance mechanism. It's a big solenoid that works with oil pressure + two electrical connections to advance your camshaft timing for more power at all RPMs.
The upshift delay valve seems like a cheaper fix than the camshaft advance mechanism. Bring it to 1) MB dealer or 2) MB specialty shop to get them fixed, it's not something that a regular auto shop that does only basic tune-ups will know how to fix.

disconnect the battery and wait a minute for the radio to reset itself then enter the code if you have it. If you dont have the code the default code is usually all zeros from the factory. If none of these work you will have to go to a dealer to get checked out. But what they charge nowadays you might be better off with a aftermarket deck.
